With reference to Your Excellency's letter

No. 239/85-1/8 of the 25th. ultimo and to previous correspondence

on the subject of the boundary between the War Department Property and the Praya East Reciumation, I have now to transmit the en- closed sketch plan showing the modified boundary which was agreed upon at the interview which I had with Your Excellency, Vice- Admiral Sir Cyprian Bridge, Sir C. R. Chater, and others on the 16th. instant.

I shall be glad to learn at your early convenience whether you accept these proposals as far as they concern the War Department.
