Title.
Repeal of Section 13 of Ordinance 22 of 1901. Substituted Section as to Rules
regarding allowances
in respect of Spoiled Stamps.
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Stamp Further Amendment Ordinance 1903.
2.
Section 13 of the Stamp Ordinance 1901 is hereby repealed and the following Section is substituted in place thereof:-
(13).
The Governor in Council may from time to time make Rules regarding allowances to be made in respect of Spoiled Stamps.
