We hereby certify that in our opinion
European Police Constable Joseph Taylor, No. 98, should be invalided home.
He has never regained his health and
strength since the attack of typhoid fever in the spring of this;
year.
He is steadily losing weight and is again
in Bospital suffering from Malarial Fever.
