With reference to my letter of the 17th.

instant and your reply of the 23rd., I am directed to inform you

that the question of your suspension will be brought before Executive Council on Monday April 8th. I am to instruct you

to be present in the Council Chamber at 11 A.M. on that day,

and have to remind you that in accordance with the Colonial

Regulations you will be permitted to call witnesses, and to

interrogate any witnesses who may be called by the Government.
