I am directed to inform you that the Board
has again had under consideration your admission into Hospi-
tal suffering from Alcoholism, and it was agreed in view of a
report from the Medical Officer of Health that your duties
had been satisfactorily performed since your previous admis-
sion to Hospital, to reconsider the decision of the Board
conveyed to you in Sanitary Board letter No.273 - M. dated
the 8th February, 1901 and to give you another trial; but it
is to be distinctly understood that should you again be in-
capacitated from duty by alcoholism, no further leniency will
be shown.
