With reference to Sir William Gascoigne's

Despatch No. 59 of the 17th. February and your reply No. 98

of the 9th. April, 1902, I have the honour to inform you that

Commander R. Murray Rumsey, Harbour Master, has requested that

a calculation of the pension due to him in the event of his

retirement from the Service on the 9th. of January next, may

be made in this Colony and submitted to you for verification

and approval.
