instant on the subject of the proposed Electri
Tramways in Hong Kong.
2. With regard to the question of concrete,
Mr Cham: has nothing to add to to the previous
letters from this dept:. Copies of all the
correspondence on the subject have been
communicated to the Gov: of the Colony.
5. Any action which you make take towards
the commencement of work before the Ordinance
is formally promulgated will, of course,
be taken at your own risk.
