Detailed Regulations for carrying out the Convention concluded between France and Great Britain concern- ing the Exchange of Parcels between France and the British Colonies of Ceylon, the Straits Settlements, and Hong Kong.
The undersigned, having regard to Article XII of the Convention of the 4th of April 1900, concerning the exchange of insured and uninsured postal parcels, have, in the name of the postal Administrations concerned, by common consent, agreed upon the following measures for ensuring the performance of the said Convention.
I.
1. The exchange of the parcels shall be effected by means of the mail steamers at the disposal of each country.
2. After arrangement, if need be, with the other offices concerned, each Administration shall communicate to the other, by means of tables prepared in conformity with specimen A annexed, as follows:-
(a.) A list of the countries with which parcels may be exchanged through its intermediary;
(b.) The routes of convey- ance available for par- cels from the point of entry on its territory
or its postal service;
(c) The total payments

Les soussignés, vu l'Article 12 de la Convention du 4 Avril 1900 concernant l'échange des colis postaux avec ou sans déclaration de valeur, ont, au nom des Administra- tious postales arrêté, d'un commun accord, les intéressées,
mesures suivantes, pour assurer P'exécution de ladite Conven- tion.
I.
1. L'échange des colis pos- taux s'effectuera par la voie des paquebots dont chaque pays dispose.
2. Après entente, s'il en est besoin, avec les autres offices intéressés, chaque Administra- tion communiquera à l'autre, par le moyen de tableaux con- formes au spécimen A ci-annexé et dans l'ordre suivant:
(a.) Une liste des pays avec lesquels les colis postaux peuvent être échangés par son inter- médiaire;
(.) Les voies par les- quelles ces colis peuvent être acheminés depuis leur point d'entrée sur son territoire ou dans son service;
(c) Lo total des frais
