It appears that the Steamship "Peru" is due to
arrive at Yokohama on Monday.
His Britannic Majesty's Chargé d'Affaires
earnestly hopes that the arrest of the man required
will be ordered as soon as he arrives in Yokohama
and begs that His Excellency will be so good as to
use his good offices in the matter.
