Ad last, No.21478/02, relative to the suggested reorganization

of the Police Force at Hong Kong Dockyard on the lines of the Colonial Police Force, I am commanded by my Lords Com- missioners of the Admiralty to acquaint you that the Commode in Charge has reported that the following force will be nee -essary to police the Dockyard effectively, viz:-
