COPY OF ADMIRALTY TELEGRAM
dated the 18th January 1902.

With reference to your letter dated 18th
September Admiralty agree to pay 15,000 dollars to Colony
for 1088 of East side Murray Pier; to extend Murray Pier
as Plan B.; to construct Swimming Bath, extra cost being
defrayed by Recreation Club; to pay 1,500 pounds to Club
for new premises, Old Club site and premises to become
property of Admiralty.
Above in full satisfaction of claims of both
parties, If Colony and Club agree payment may be made
when properties handed over to Admiralty.
