In continuation of my reply of the 18th. ultimo to Your Excellency's letter of the 8th, November, No. 118/3 and in reply to Your Excellency's letter of the 10th. instant No. 125/3 on the subject of a new survey of Hongkong Harbour, I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that in answer to a telegram seat to them the Loble Commissioners of the Admiralty acquaint me that they are unable to undertake the resurvey.
