I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to further amend The Rating Ordinance, 1901,
nd I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
he Governor's Instructions.
The object of this Ordinance is to prevent any question
rising as to the scale of rates to be levied in the ares be-
treen the 800-foot and 700-foot contours in the hill districts.
