ceipt of your Despatch No. 353 of the 18th. of last October,
and to inform you that the Colonial Treasurer has reported
the receipt on the 1st. instant of a Cheque for $43,700 from
the Commodore for the extinction of Crown Rent on the site of
the Briquette Factory at Kowloon.
