In reply to your Despatch No. 329 of the
8th. ultimo, I have the honour to inform you that before an
Ordinance can be enacted to legalize the Admiralty Reclama-
tion it is necessary to define the boundaries of such reclama-
tion, and to show them on a map.
2.
I am at present in correspondence with
the Naval and Military Authorities on the subject which is
not an easy one to settle, certain difficulties having arisen
in connection therewith.
