I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's letter of the 2nd instant, No.104/3 respecting the Naval Rifle Ranges and to say that I an in communication with the Colonel Commanding the Troops as to arranging a meeting to draw up a joint plan that might satisfy the requirements of both Services.
