I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to amend The Tramway Ordinance, No.10 of 1902,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
the Governor's Instructions.
The object of the Ordinance is to afford protection to Telegraph cables and lines owned by the Admiralty and War Departments as well as such as may be owned by the Colonial Government.
