I have the honour to acknowledge the re-

ceipt of your Despatch No. 171 of the 13th. June las on the

Government Service of this Colony, and I forward herewith the

enclosed copies of the Sterling Scheme which has been revised

in accordance with the instructions contained in your Despatch.
