Colonial Government of Nei-Hai-Wei is endeavouring to establish an independent Post Office of its own at Wei-Hai-Wei, with a sub-Agency possibly at Chefoo, and therefore should you desire to forestall them, it would be well to act promptly. Either of the two arrangements would be beneficial to Chefoo and would be gladly welcomed by the Community.
