I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary
Sum of Five hundred and fifteen thousand two hundred and twenty-five Dollars and seven Cents, to defray the Charges of the Year 1901,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
