Sir,
I have the honour to transmit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance entitled:-
'An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum of Five hundred and fifteen thousand Two hundred and twenty-five Dollars and Seven Cents, to defray the Charges of the Year 1901'. No. 27 of 1902.

I transmit at the same time copies of the Supplementary Estimates for 1901, which, I regret, were not prepared strictly in the form prescribed by the Financial Instructions. I have, however, given instructions that the Financial Instructions must be followed in future.
