Report on Ordinance.25 of 1902
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance for the Naturalization of Choy Yan, alias Choy
Mun Lau, alias Choy Kwong Bum, alias Choy Suk Wah,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
the Governor's Instructions.
