The Officer Administering the Government presents his compliments to the Under Secretary of State and begs to send him, with reference to his Despatch No. 312 of the 15th instant, the enclosed Bill of Lading for a case containing a wooden Tablet whereon the Chinese version of the Address presented by that section of the Community of this Colony to His Majesty the King, is carved.
