Report on Ordinance 20 of 1902.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to further amend the Law relating to Dangerous Goods,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
To include aqua fortis and vitriol as well as phosphorus as requested by the Board of Trade.
