Back design must be accompanied by a concise report detailing the suggested construction of foundations, the superstructure, the accommodation proposed, the mode of lighting, heating and ventilating and the materials to be used in the construction of the building.
Estimates.
Separate estimated cost be given in the following order :-
A. Estimated cost of foundations including drainage
B. Estimated cost of superstructure including permanent fittings
C. Estimated cost of Lighting, Heating & Ventilation
Total $
The total cost exclusive of Architect's commission, not to exceed five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000)
