General Conditions and Particulars of Competition
His Excellency, Major General Sir William Julius Gascoigne, the Officer Administering the Government, invites designs accompanied by reports and estimates of the cost of erecting a building to contain the Post Office and other Government offices, in the city of Victoria, Hong Kong.
General Conditions
A premium of Two thousand dollars ($2000) is offered for the design considered first in order of merit, and a sum of four hundred and fifty dollars ($450) for the design considered second in order of merit.
