Owing to the appointment of Mr. Francis Arthur Hazeland as Second Magistrate, I have the honour to apply for the appointment of Deputy Registrar and Accountant now vacant in the Registry.
2. I have been connected with the Registry in the Acting appointment of Deputy Registrar and Accountant, and Deputy Registrar and Appraiser for a period of nearly 4 years and am intimately acquainted with the work in the Registry in Chambers and in the Courts.
3. I believe during this period I have given every satisfaction to their Honours the Judges, and beg to request that this application may be submitted to them for their remarks before being forwarded for the consideration of His Excellency the Governor.
