Referring to your telegram of 19th April, do you refer to site referred to in paragraph six of Governor's Despatch No. 292, 1900, or the site referred to in subsequent paragraph, same enclosure in that Despatch? The latter site is not included in area to be released from reservation referred to in your Despatch to Colonial Office, 16th March last year. That is estimated cost of draining and laying out "Park".
