-cipal Civil Medical Officer with a view to arranging that Medical aid and medicines may be furnished at the Hospital to Officers whose salaries are over $2,000 a year and to their wives and children, and a set of rules has been drawn up

a copy of which is enclosed. Meantime I have to assure you that the carrying into effect of these proposals will not entail any claim for additional remuneration and I await your approval before making final arrangements.
