The Rule

as to attending an officer at his own homes in the Straits is that an officer is entitled to gratuitous attendance, if he lives within two miles of the doctor: if at a greater distance carriage must be provided for him. We need not press for an exact identity of rule in the fire colonies.

Approve the principle of gratuitous hospital attendance at the discretion of PCMO, to adopt or not as he pleases.

Appear what is proposed without reply.

Comment
