With reference to your telegram of the 24th ultimo regarding the interment of Dr. Manson's son in the Protestant Cemetery at Happy Valley, I have the honour to inform you that Dr. Atkinson most willingly acceded to Dr. Manson's request to superintend the funeral arrangements. The funeral took place on the 5th instant and was largely attended by Europeans in the Colony. The deceased was interred in his brother's grave.
