I have the honour to transmit for your information the accompanying six copies of the Report of the Commission into the Public Works Department.
2. I have conveyed to the members of the Commission my thanks for the thorough and painstaking manner in which they have discharged the duty entrusted to them, and for the able Report which contains the result of their labours. I have also caused them to be informed that their recommendations will receive the early and careful consideration of the Government.
