The O. A.G. asks for approval of
1) the proposal to abolish Mr. Belilios' Reformatory and convert the Building unto British School.
We must need raise no objection,
but as the Reformatory has been such a failing, I think
2) The tentative agreement with Mr. Ho Tung as regards the Kowloon School. This appears to be a good agreement. The School being reserved for children of Europeans.
