Sub-Enclosure No. 1 to Enclosure in Despatch No. 133 of the 34th, April, 1893.

It is impossible for the Gaol Court to give at present more than an approximate valuation as much of the land will have to be judicially assessed as soon as it is determined by Government that it must be resumed. Meanwhile a rough estimate of .01 cent, a foot or $34,489.43 for 53.83 acres should amply cover all private rights,

I have taken stone houses as worth about $130 each ten of those $1,300.

The value of the four quarries to be dispossessed has been formally assessed by the Full Court at $1,825. this sum which is based upon their annual out-put should include any cultivation or houses situated within the quarries themselves.
