inland of it would make it practically useless to any one but the lessee of Marine Lot 3.

7. Approve the proposal to treat the two Lots as one and to issue one lease for 999 years in respect of both of them, the lease to date from 18/4/90 and the period within which the Dock is to be built to date from 18/4/00 and the rent to be subject to revision at intervals of 30 years.

Sir M. Ommanner

I have seen the senior partner. They will look at the plan; we have got Marine Lot No. 3 on a lease for 999 years without any rent; and this inland lot No.1 is Mountain land, in its present condition perfectly useless to anyone but is being levelled by the firm at great expense; It seems to me to stand to reason that if you give it in one case you should give it in the other. If you did not propose periodic revision of Crown rent in the one case and what I suggest is, I think, the logical sequence of what has gone before.

C.P.L. 15. Mar

I agree that in the particulars mentioned, the terms for the two lots should be identical.
