If I take this opportunity of saying that I am satisfied with the action taken and the wording of the telegram of the 12th December, by the Governor, I do so because 474 officers are members of the Public Works Committee.

As for the list of my Public Works, each ordinary item bodily be reported, or the Committee argued to be regarded as works furnishing merit.

In my opinion, the resolution adopted under the circumstances there received a support from the Committee, and should not have been brought forward by official members of the Committee in any way.
