Mr. Ralpho has been appointed Assistant Penny Grade Master from July 10th, and Trade Master from 19 Oct 1901.
My July /01 minute, this Woodcock recommends Mr. Frank Senior to be appointed Assistant. Mr. F. M. Barlow.
