Ill. Johnson I think it is a pity, in new of their financial profiles, that they did not increase the fees. The proposals made in $1681/01 in the minute of Acting Treasurer (as encl. 3) affected just this class of receipts; and in our desp. on the Estimates marked Deci 14; and the desp. has remained unanswered. I think it should hang on the sanction of this Ord%, and call for a detailed report.
