I think it is perfectly clear that pension cannot be increased under sec 15 of the Pension Minute otherwise almost every officer who lost his health in the tropics in the faithful discharge of his duties could make a similar claim. This Pulmonary Phthisis (see 37587) which cannot by any stretch be brought specifically within the scope as attributable to the nature of his duty.
