In continuation of my Despatch No. 492 of 29th November and No. 515 of 18th December last, I have the honour to transmit herewith six copies of a Notification amending the Rules and Regulations in relation to Petroleum in Bulk, by which the test standard is lowered from 200° Fahrenheit to 150° Fahrenheit.
