Referring to your letter A + D.W. 2827/265-2 of the 27th ult. I am directed by Sir J. Chamberlain to request you for command of the L.C. to forward a copy of a further letter from Mr. W. Keswick M.P. on the subject of the accommodation at Hongkong.
