the sun I have this morning received.
at Hongkong
telegram from the Hongkong Whampoa Dock Company, that they
are seriously
waiting
a
reply to their previous telegram,
and that the increased dock accommodation
is urgently wanted.
I shall be glad to hear how
the matter stands.
