In obedience to the instructions in the 20th paragraph of Your letter No. 9189/1901 of the 15th instant I beg to enclose the paper containing particulars which I have to the best of my ability filled in.
In reckoning my average pay for the last three years I have included that which I received as Assistant Master of the Police School for the time falling within that period during which I held the position. The pay drawn by the Masters has, I believe, been held to be pensionable.
