It is time that Mr Boulton has hitherto drawn more than M. Mudie quite lately, in fact, but will now only be drawn the same salary; as their service is the same length of time.
Thirdly thought there was reason for increase because the fflant was increasing.
On the whole, Mr. Boulton's salary on recommendation in mine, of the study in the increase, 17633/02, should be given but og from the dabsthis return for mes 21/2.
