I am sorry I did not notice that 18632 asked for telegraphic reply the best Afs.
I am arranging to accept the view of Your despatch no 161 "referring to your System stores account should be continued, despatch follows by mail"
and send copy of this letter (without enclosure) to Governor, asking that before written to Treasury it be sent to Treasury 18657 and this letter (in original to be returned) suggesting that it is presumed that Their Lordships will agree that in any year in which the Stores Account shows a credit balance, such balance need not count as revenue.
