The Committee of the Colonial Nursing Association desire me to inform you that they wish to recommend Miss C. Shelbourne to the Secretary of State as Candidate for the post of Nursing Sister at Hong Kong.
They feel sure from Miss Shelbourne's training and general efficiency that she is a most suitable Candidate in every way, and they wish to call attention to the excellent testimonials she has had from all who have had opportunity of judging of her work and character.
They have filled in and Papers, and to set at the beginning they have caused her Form of Application to say that she is holding herself in readiness to start at the beginning of April as desired.
