The Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs presents his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies and, referring to Mr. Blake's telegram communicated to this Office yesterday, is directed by the Secretary of State to transmit, for the information of Mr. Secretary Chamberlain, the accompanying copy of a telegram as marked in the margin, relating to Italian proceedings at Canton.
