My Lord:-
I have the honour to inform you, in accordance with the provisions of the China and Japan Orders in Council, 1865, section III, that I have this day made an order of deportation to Hongkong against one Harry Wilson.
The grounds of this order are that Wilson, having been convicted this day before this Court of obtaining money under false pretences (after having been previously convicted under the name of James Martin Clifton by Her Majesty's Court at Amoy of a similar offence) and having been ordered to find sureties for his good behaviour, declared his inability to find such security, and waived all further opportunity of finding such security, and
