I am directed by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to transmit to you, to be laid before the Secretary Chamberlain, the accompanying copy of a despatch from the Chief Justice of His Britannic Majesty's Supreme Consular Court at Shanghai stating that he has made an order of deportation to Hongkong against Mary Wilson, convicted of obtaining money under false pretences.
