be furnished with a copy of the specification as well as with the progress photos for which they ask and any necessary plans or information necessary to show exactly how the superstructure is actually built and what progress is made.
4. Messrs Webb & Bell will shortly submit a scheme for warming the building by hot water, so that all necessary preparation can be made in the superstructure and subsequent heavy cutting avoided.
